Michael Heitz

Born and raised in the heart of Central Illinois, Michael developed a deep-rooted love for the outdoors and a strong appreciation for hard work and perseverance from an early age. After graduating high school, he answered the call to serve his country, proudly enlisting in the military. He served with honor in both Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom, experiences that instilled in him a lifelong sense of discipline, integrity, and commitment—qualities that continue to guide him every day.

Following his military service, Michael transitioned into the skilled trades, working his way up to become a respected journeyman crane operator. In 2009, he took a significant step toward building the life he envisioned by purchasing his first home and farm. Nearly a decade later, he reached another milestone with the acquisition of a second farm in Pike County—a place that quickly captured his heart. “I’ve truly fallen in love with owning and working my own land,” he says, reflecting a passion for rural living and the fulfillment it brings.

Today, Michael blends his blue-collar work ethic, military-honed discipline, and genuine care for people to serve clients with dedication and authenticity. Whether working with first-time homebuyers, seasoned investors, or those seeking their own slice of country paradise, he brings a level of focus, grit, and personal commitment that sets him apart.
