Joe grew up in the Southern Illinois Community of Red Bud as a family man, Coach and FireFighter. He was a Business Development manager in the security industry and due to the sale of his employer in the metro east he relocated his family to Quincy, IL which was also closer to his hunting farm. Joe is a business owner who has developed property, bought and sold several farms and has been a whitetail guide. After buying and selling several properties, Joe realized a passion for land sales & obtained his Illinois real estate license. Joe is an avid outdoorsman and land owner who understands whitetail deer, timber, and land investment.
